September 21st, 2017 by

Two great vehicles have gained a lot of attention for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles this year. According to the J.D. Power 2017 APEAL Study™, both the 2017 Pacifica and the 2017 Challenger took the lead in their particular segments in which they were competing- the Pacifica, in the Minivan segment, and the Challenger in the Midsize Sporty Car. The Dodge Durango also got some positive attention this year, and was recognized for its significant improvements.

We are proud to carry these vehicles here at Covert Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Austin, TX, and invite you to test drive today!

2017 is Chrysler’s Year

Chrysler has now been recognized by the APEAL Study™ as 2017’s most improved brand. In the significant categories like safety, handling, and technology, Chrysler got credit for significant improvements in 41 areas. This shows Chrysler’s commitment to improving and innovating for their faithful customers.

The APEAL Study™ Mission

The APEAL Study™ has been running for 22 years. It grades the industry on 77 factors considered to be most important to consumers across the board. After 90 days of driving their new vehicles, customers give critical feedback and reviews on what they have experienced so far. Accuracy of the survey is verified every year. The models that test highest spend less time on dealership lots before being sold, have a wider clientele base, have greater customer loyalty, and have higher transaction prices. Although this may be just one more award for these models, the customer input is what keeps the numbers in FCA’s favor.
