Sales consultants work with potential clients to understand their needs and wants for a vehicle as well as understanding and matching their budget to the best vehicle. Consultants are committed to being product knowledge experts, serving potential clients through helping them understand the best value for their hard-earned dollars, earning the opportunity to ask a client for their business, and following through on all commitments during and after the sale.
While experience is not necessary, an all-consuming desire to serve a potential client, earn the right to ask for their business, and follow-up with all potential and current clients are absolutely necessary! We will provide the tools and training to become a product expert and teach a sales process ensuring we help our clients find the best vehicle at the best value, every time.
Sales consultants have the highest non-management earning potential in the dealership and those with an extremely strong work ethic, outstanding communication, excellent time management, solid organization skills, are self-motivated, and possess a true entrepreneurial spirit thrive in sales. If you possess these traits we will teach you how to be a top earning sales consultant through passionately serving clients.
Service Advisors work with clients to understand the maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and accessories for a vehicle when brought to our service department. Service Advisors possess outstanding communication skills as they are the link between the client and the technician who will perform the work on the client vehicle.
A Service Advisor must be able to fully understand and clarify client expectations, ask appropriate diagnostic questions to accurately communicate client concerns to a technician, understand technician recommendations to thoroughly explain recommended work to a client, and maintain constant client communication regarding the status of their vehicle.
While experience is not necessary, an all-consuming desire to serve clients, communicate often and accurately, and earn the right to ask for a client’s business are absolutely necessary!
We are looking for both experienced technicians (ASE certified for our express, internal, and reconditioning teams; Chrysler level certified for our main shop) as well as those who have completed course work and are ready to start working in a dealership. Starting pay will be based on current experience and flag hour rate increases are available as a technician “levels up” in Chrysler certification.
We truly value our technicians as they are the producers in our service department. We have weekly management meetings seeking feedback from our technicians as well as providing an open forum for communication between the shop and our management team.
We are working very hard to grow our service department and we will accomplish this through maximizing the hours our current technicians produce and bringing new technicians to our shop.
